Birch will provide a full refund, credit, or replacement, at the customer’s option, if: (1) the goods are defective, not as represented, or not received as promised or (2) within 7 days after the customer’s receipt* of the goods, the customer returns the goods or makes a request for refund, credit, or replacement to Birch. Birch will process the refund within 30 days (i) of Birch’s receipt of the undamaged returned goods or (ii) of Birch’s receipt of the depository’s report confirming the receipt of the undamaged returned goods, if goods were returned to Birch’s account at a depository. Alaska

Birch will provide a full refund, credit, or replacement, at the customer’s option, if: (1) the property purchased is defective, not as represented, or not received as promised by Birch or (2) within 7 days after the customer’s receipt* of the purchased property, the customer returns the property or makes a request for refund, credit, or replacement to Birch. Arizona

You may cancel an order without any penalty or obligation within 3 business days from the delivery* of the merchandise or premium (gift, bonus, prize or award), whichever is later. If you cancel, any payments made by you will be returned within 10 days (i) after the seller’s receipt of your notice of cancellation or (ii) after the seller’s receipt of the undamaged returned goods, if goods have been sent to you or (iii) after the seller’s receipt of the depository’s report confirming the receipt of the undamaged returned goods, if goods were returned to the seller’s account at a depository. California

You, the buyer, may cancel a transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after your receipt* of any products. See the below Notice of Buyer’s Right of Cancellation for an explanation of this right.

You may cancel a transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within three business days following your receipt* of any products and this notice of cancellation.

You are not obligated to pay any money unless you sign the Transaction Agreement and return it to the seller.

Birch will provide a full refund for the return of undamaged and unused goods, provided that the customer returns the goods within 8 days after the customer’s receipt* of the goods. Before returning any goods, the customer must contact Birch at (800) 645-8709 for the correct return address. If the metals are in a depository, the customer must contact Birch at (800) 645-8709 for further instructions in order to effectuate a return within the return period. Birch will process the refund within 30 days (i) of Birch’s receipt of the undamaged returned goods or (ii) of Birch’s receipt of the depository’s report confirming the receipt of the undamaged returned goods, if goods were returned to Birch’s account at a depository.

YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY ANY MONEY UNLESS YOU SIGN THE TRANSACTION AGREEMENT AND RETURN IT TO THE SELLER.

Idaho

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION RIGHT FOR FIRST-TIME BUYERS

If you are a first-time buyer from Birch, you have the following additional right to cancel your first purchase:

You may cancel your first transaction, without any penalty or obligation whatsoever, within three (3) business days of the date on which you receive the written invoice of the transaction. Additionally, the seller is prohibited from having an independent courier service or other third party pick up your payment at your residence before the end of the 3-business-day period in which you can cancel the transaction.

Birch will provide a full refund or replacement, at the customer’s option, if the merchandise purchased is defective or not as represented, and within 30 days after the customer’s receipt* of the merchandise or any gift or premium, whichever is later, the customer returns the undamaged goods at Birch’s expense or makes a request for refund or replacement to Birch. New Hampshire

ANY BUYER MAY CANCEL A TRANSACTION ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THE INVOICE FOR THE TRANSACTION. See the below Notice of Cancellation Right for an explanation of this right.

Guam

Birch will provide a full refund for the return of unused and undamaged goods within 30 days after the consumer’s actual receipt* of the goods. Birch’s preferred method of return is FedEx or UPS; however, the consumer may opt to return the goods by U.S. Postal Service, in person, or by the same method as shipped to the consumer.
